About me

My experience includes working in healthcare and health insurance, where I managed internal communications and stakeholder communications. I've written articles and website copy for both internal and external audiences, along with marketing pieces and leadership presentations.

Project management also comes natural to me, and I enjoy building strong relationships with people at all levels of an organization.  As a leader, I’ve helped plan and manage town halls, led complex stakeholder projects, and helped connect people to their "why" at work. I'm a supportive and creative collaborator with an eye for details and high quality work. 

I also stay current on how AI is changing communications, using it to explore different angles and move faster while staying true to voice and authenticity.  

I'm known for my sense of humor and empathy, always seeing challenges from multiple angles and helping to create harmony. 

When I'm not writing, you can find me walking my dogs, practicing yoga, or convincing my husband that, yes, we need another houseplant.
