About me

My writing background spans healthcare, consumer brands, business, and lifestyle — but the thread running through all of it is the same: I ask good questions, build trust, and find the story worth telling. I've interviewed hundreds of people to create content that connects with broad audiences Whether I'm writing for a hospital, a brand, or a community, I bring the same care to every project. 

Behind the writing, I'm a strong project manager who enjoys driving projects to the finish line. I’ve helped plan and organize town halls, led complex stakeholder projects, and helped connect employees to their "why" at work.  I also stay current on how AI is changing communications. I've used it to explore different angles and move faster while staying true to voice and authenticity.  

I'm known for my sense of humor and empathy, always seeing challenges from multiple angles. When I'm not working, you can find me walking my dogs, practicing yoga, or convincing my husband that, yes, we need another houseplant.
